Making dentures by CAD / CAM technology allows to obtain frames denture highest precision, excellent biocompatibility and impeccable aesthetics. In our laboratory we use CAD/CAM system CORiTEC 550i, from the German company imes-icor, which already has earned its recognition among the world’s laboratories. CORiTEC 550i is a high-performance machine designed for both dry and wet handling all the basic materials used in dentistry (ZrO2, AlO2, LS2 Wax, PMMA, Alloy, Ti). CORiTEC is equipped with the new system five 550i axes, which combined with precision machined granite base ensures the highest level of smoothness in operation, allows to produce the entire range of cutting product with micron precision.

- Adhesive bridge, dentures (Maryland bridge)
- Copings (simple and collapsible)
- Temporary crowns and bridges
- Various designs of plastic or wax for the subsequent casting of precious and base metal alloys
- One piece anatomical design of wax for the subsequent pressing (IPS e. max Press Ivoclar Vivadent) or press-on frames made of zirconium dioxide (IPS e.max ZirPress Ivoclar Vivadent)
