The furnace for pressing

In our laboratory we use oven Programat EP3000 by the German company Ivoclar Vivadent for pressing.

Parameters for pressing and sintering furnace Programat EP3000 are perfectly tailored to work with IPS Empress Esthetic. They are suitable for pressing IPS Empress Esthetic (and IPS e.max), as well as the firing of the veneering ceramic (for example; IPS Empress Esthetic Veneer). Furnace for pressing attracts attention for its properties, such as an electronic press drive, automatic temperature calibration, as well as rapid control with graphic display and menu.

• An updated technology of quartz tube heating muffle provides perfect heat distribution, which ultimately affects the achievement of optimum firing and pressing results.
• Electronically controlled press drive requires no compressed air connection, which leads to excellent results of compaction.
